We are looking for a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team of highly accomplished professionals.

Being the first company to focus on predictive optimization and forecasting for the cargo and transport industry, we are confident, that we are changing the business domain for good.

To create accurate shipping demand forecasts and to suggest the most optimal transport plan, we developed Big Data predictive analytics SaaS. We use statistical algorithms, data mining, and machine learning techniques to solve some of the most complex problems in the cargo and transport industry.

Job Summary:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, scalability, and reliability of our software products by optimizing and automating the development, deployment, and maintenance processes.

Your job will be to:

  • Develop scripts for operating IT landscape, including product infrastructure and network components in both cloud and local environments.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
  • Monitor, maintain, and administrate cloud deployments.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address potential issues. Troubleshoot and resolve system and application-level incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Work as part of product development team, and/or 2nd/3rd level support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance engineers, and product managers, to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance. Communicate effectively to share progress, challenges, and solutions.

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in agile development projects.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.
  • Linux knowledge, and networking skills.
  • Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration platforms.
  • Knowledge of scripting programming languages, preferably Python.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and keeping up to date with industry trends.
