We are looking for a Partner Manager with a demonstrable record of success to launch and grow a partner program.

We developed Big Data predictive analytics SaaS to create accurate shipping demand forecasts and suggest the most optimal transport plan. We use statistical algorithms, data mining, and machine learning techniques to solve some of the most complex problems in the cargo and transport industry.

Job Summary:
As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for attracting, enabling, and managing partners, defining objectives and timelines, establishing repeatable, data-driven practices, and overseeing a partner’s program that drives meaningful revenue and retention.
Your job will be to:
- Establish a sustainable partner program, including partner strategy, partner roles, selection of initial verticals to focus on, ideal partner profiles for each vertical, and business engagement model;
- Provide personal leadership to partner relationships as well as analyze partner activities, and data sales statistics to build successful and performant partner relationships, continuously improving sales results;
- Establish data-driven partner management, with KPIs, targets, and constant improvement, while also focusing on quick wins in 2023;
- Ensure a continuously growing partner pipeline is visible and correctly qualified, and find to measure partner activity levels;
- Focus on closing early deals through partners and provide proof that the partner strategy works
- Direct (in “customer mode”) the marketing team, to build partner marketing materials, establish the outbound and inbound marketing strategy, perform market research, and increase both the number and the relevance of inbound partner requests;
- Act in close collaboration with the direct sales team, to learn about the end customers and also to properly involve direct salespeople in the partner deals as appropriate;
- Coordinate the involvement of customer success teams (project management, data engineering) into partners as appropriate, in order to ensure successful delivery for end customers of these partners;
- Attend conferences, events, and seminars, with the goal of attracting partners;
- Research and enable the direct sales team to pursue partner introductions at events that they are attending already as part of their roles;
We expect you to have:
- 5 years of SaaS business development experience, with a demonstrable ability to drive revenue and show results;
- Proven track record of building partnerships programs from scratch;
- History of motivating partners and developing strategic relationships;
- Strategic and analytical thinker who understands technology and business strategy;
- Able to achieve outcomes in a high-growth, rapidly evolving organization;
- Skilled communicator of technical information to a wide variety of audiences, including executives, sales, marketing, product, and engineering;
- Ability to work effectively when multiple stakeholders are involved in driving outcomes;
- Data-driven and capable of tracking and presenting results;
